Bozeman, Montana is a city of dog lovers, and the city’s dog parks are a testament to that love. There are 9 off-leash dog parks in Bozeman, many are adjacent to Bozeman Parks.
Snowfill. Snowfill Recreation Area is the largest dog park in Bozeman, offering a spectacular 37-acre off-leash dog park with two miles of trails meandering through the park along with fencing, and doggie drinking fountain. The Snowfill dog park opened in 2008, and quickly became the most popular dog park in Bozeman
Burke Park. Burke Park is key to the trail System “Main Street to the Mountains” and is a treasured wildland within the city
from which spectacular views are enjoyed. There is an area located adjacent to S. Church Avenue specifically signed for use as a restraint-free dog park.
Canine Beach at the Bozeman Pond. The fenced and enclosed area, to include the actual beach itself, on the west side of the Bozeman Ponds and specifically signed for use as restraint-free dog park (see also Lewis and Bark Dog Park at Bozeman Pond Park)
Highland Park. The fenced and enclosed area located on the southwest side of the Softball Complex that is specifically signed for use as a restraint-free dog park.
Gallatin County Regional Park. The area that adjoins West Oak Street and Davis Lane, and that has been specifically identified by Gallatin County for use in a restraint-free status.
Cooper Park. Cooper Park is a 4.1 acre park located South 8th Avenue & West Koch Street. Cooper Park is an off-leash park. The large old trees provide lots of shade in the summer.
Centennial Park. Centennial Park is a 2.5 acre park located on North Tracy Ave. & West Cottonwood Street.
West Paw Dog Park at Story Mill Community Park. The fenced and enclosed area located adjacent to Story Mill Road and east of the Story Mill Spur Trail that is specifically signed for use as a restraint-free dog park. The West Paw Dog Park is part of the Story Mill Community Park.
Lewis and Bark Dog Park at Bozeman Pond Park. The fenced and enclosed area located east of South Fowler Avenue, and north and west of Pond Row that is specifically signed for use as a restraint-free dog park (see also Canine Beach at Bozeman Pond Park).
